Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine
Trinity Health Muskegon Medical Education
Trinity Health Muskegon offers comprehensive ONMM training options with 1-, 2- and 3-year programs designed to prepare residents for excellence in osteopathic care. Our curriculum has a full-spectrum approach that emphasizes advanced clinical reasoning, interdisciplinary collaboration and leadership development across all training tracks.
Clinical Experience
Residents gain immersive experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. They provide continuity of care in our outpatient clinic and serve as hospital consultants for a wide range of diagnoses, applying osteopathic principles across diverse patient populations.

- Resident Cohort Culture: Hosting multiple residents fosters collaboration, mentorship and a vibrant academic community.
- Faculty Growth: We’ve welcomed a new faculty member and are actively recruiting additional educators to strengthen our team.
- Accreditation & Affiliation: Accredited by ACGME and affiliated with Michigan State University Graduate Medical Education Alliance for coordinated curriculum and shared resources.
Educational Opportunities
Residents participate in journal clubs, research projects and teaching activities, along with board preparation and review.
