Trinity Health Medical Group, Academic Family Medicine – Grand Rapids Campus offers primary care services for the whole family. Our team of providers work together to deliver a comprehensive, personalized patient experience.

In addition to seeing their own patients, each of our providers serve as attending physicians to the residents. This unique relationship also provides patients with additional access to care.

Our Grand Rapids Campus location offers:

• Pediatric, adolescent and adult healthcare
• General medical exams and yearly physicals
• Obstetrics (OB) care and delivery
• Treatment of acute illnesses, such as upper respiratory infections or skin infections
• Immunizations
• Minor surgical procedures (stitches, lesions, etc.)
• Online scheduling and video visits available

Our office also offers convenient on-site access to several services.
