I have a medical problem that I’ve been dealing with for the past 30 years and no one could give me a solution, but when I share my medical situation with the doctor, she had a solution for me and that solution worked out to be very positive and I receive relief

Unfortunately, I did not see the provider until almost an hour after my appointment time. But, on the flip side, I was there for an annual exam and my appointment took way longer than 15 minutes so it happens.

I feel this provider could work on slowing down her speech and appearing more empathetic. She had a smile on her face the whole time, while I can appreciate a positive attitude, a smile is not always appropriate especially when discussing the loss of a fetus.

was told that my body doesn't care about taking care of my baby and would rather just take care of me... and that isn't true because even when losing weight from being nauseous, the baby was doing great and getting everything he needed. These blanket statements make it hard to build trust with providers.

My doctor left my appointment, again, because she said she had to go meet with another patient. She then would “come back and finish the appointment.� I felt like she should have stayed with me for the duration of my appointment, and then went to her next patient. This was extremely frustrating for me, as this is the second time this has happened with this provider.
