I checked in on line - filled out my entire history - meds - allergies and it seemed like the Doc/Med tech couldn't see any of that information
I would like for my doctor to be more personable and engage during the appointment.
I am still getting to know Dr Cox, but I feel like she lacks beside manner
Dr Cox is very thorough and efficient
Very awkward interaction style, didn’t feel like we connected or that she was listening to me and my concerns.
Dr. Cox explained the course of treatment very well, spent time to make sure I was able to ask questions and made me feel comfortable during the visit.

I felt that Dr. Cox was abrupt and lacked interpersonal skills. I didn't get clear answers to some questions. I would want to find a new provider.
Dr. Cox took the time to listen to my concerns and asked enough questions to help us figure out what was going on.
Like I said she's an amazing doctor. I used to have Dr Sperry and she kind of gives off the same vibes as Dr Sperry she listens and she's very knowledgeable of what she's doing and what needs to be done to help you with your health decisions and situations.

Some of the staff seemed to be put off because of a document. I felt a little bit that I was a problem. Dr. Cox did seem to warm up somewhat.
As I previously stated, this first appointment was a positive experience, and I'm pleased that I am now under the care of Dr. Cox and Trinity Health.

Dr Cox is a new doctor to me as Dr Sperry has retired and it was like Dr Sperry 2.0 she is now eligible and she did a really good job and treated me with kindness and respect and was now visible about everything that I asked her.
