I expected a referral for MFM to be done quickly but I had to reach out to both offices to get the referral moving forward.

She is an amazing provider. However, I feel that 10 minute appointment time isn't the best. Dr. MICALLEF Actually will stay longer and answer any questions I have. Which is above and behind but I feel bad making her late for her next patient. I do not think that providers are given enough time for their patients. She went above and beyond and stays with me until all my questions are answered and I have no concerns. Can not ask for a better Dr!
Dr. MICALLEF went above and beyond to research questions that I had about certain probiotics and their safety during pregnancy. She was honest in not knowing offhand the probiotics effects during pregnancy but said she would research it for me and message me in MyChart. And she did just that! She went out of her way to answer questions that she didn't even need to. She has been wonderful. (I would like to note that with further research I would highly recommend L-Methyl Folate supplementation to pregnant women pre and post-birth, the benefits are astounding).

Provider understood my unique situation
Dr. Micallef was so nice and wanted to be sure she had a good understanding of my history and I greatly appreciated that! I felt very comfortable with her! She explained everything well and it was a great visit! I needed a new gynecologist because my previous one moved to a new practice, that my insurance doesn't cover and I took a chance and made an appointment with Dr. Micallef! I was so glad I could get in to see her quickly and she will now be my gynecologist!
