La Doctora Kathleen, además de ser una excelente Doctora es un excelente ser Humano, su empatía y amabilidad van más allá. Yo llevo siendo su paciente por años, y no me importa manejar más de 45 min de Rockford a GR porque es con la única doctora con la cual me siento muy a gusto, ella siempre me escucha y me explica muy bien todas mis dudas. Lo mejor es que siempre aprendo cosas nuevas con ella de cómo cuidar mi salud, además de que siempre amo sus recomendaciones de libros. (Dr. Kathleen, besides being an excellent doctor, is an excellent human being; her empathy and kindness go above and beyond. I've been her patient for years, and I don't mind driving more than 45 minutes from Rockford to GR because she's the only doctor I feel comfortable with. She always listens to me and explains all my questions very well. The best part is that I always learn new things from her about how to take care of my health, and I always love her book recommendations.)

sunceramente en otras ocasiones al menos escuchaban un poco pero esta vez ignoro mi problema y salio del cuarto solo dijo espera un momento y solo regreso la asistente de la doctora y me dio el resumen y me mando a mi casa y yo quede peor me dio mucha tristeza. (Honestly, on other occasions they at least listened a little, but this time they ignored my problem and left the room. They just said, "Wait a minute." The doctor's assistant came back and gave me the summary and sent me home. I felt worse. It made me very sad.)
