Thank you to Dr. Behan and team. I sent a MyChart message regarding a concern I had over my recent loss, they got me in same day. Truly appreciate the amazing care we received. Dr. Behan did an ultrasound and explained our options. She was very kind to us. We appreciate her listening to us and walking us through everything as we had a lot of questions surrounding the loss. I know she probably had a busy line of patients however we truly appreciate the extra time she spent with us.

When it’s not a normal annual visit tell the patient what you’re going to do that day. I appreciate your help. Kindly meant to help. I know not everyone would require this. But for most it’s courtesy that goes a long way.

Excellent physician who responded with good info about my particular situation. She was an active listener and made me feel comfortable and heard. It was difficult to switch doctors because my physician retired but I am very happy with Dr Behan. When my daughter is needs an ob/gyn, I will happily suggest Dr Behan.

I actually thought of something else after the doctor left the exam room. I caught her ant the RN/DR station, and asked the question I needed. This was not a specific question regarding my health, so no HIPPA violation, Just simply a when do I come back for a follow up appointment. She was happy to tell me the answer.

I marked time spent as good, I would say it fell between fair and good. But I don’t think it’s Dr. Behan‘s fault necessarily. I imagine I was booked for a very short window of time with her as my top line need was simply to get my IUD removed because I was in a lot of pain. But I do think even getting 5 more minutes with her would’ve been good as my situation definitely led me to have multiple questions. I did ask her a couple but I felt from her body language she probably had another patient she had to run to, so didn’t want to try to engage in any back and forth. Again, don’t really consider this Dr. Behan‘s fault.
