She seemed kind of annoyed that we were there because it isn’t our normal office. She didn’t introduce herself to me or my child and spent a really short period of time there, and was a little condescending when she asked a series of questions and explained why she asked them. It’s already tough coming in with a sick kid, especially when the roads aren’t great on a snowy day, so a little more patience and kindness would have been nice.

Provider was rude, short, was shaking her head and rolling eyes when I was asking questions about my child's health . Was taking deep size. Needs to understand that if a parent is bringing up a concern about their child or just something that they want looked at in general to take that time and also not try and come across as so irritated about it

Dr Sennerikuppam is the absolute best! She always takes care of whatever my child is in for. She listens, she’s compassionate and my children are very comfortable with her and always comment how nice she is. I have never felt safer with my kids health because of her. I hope she never retires.
