Dr. Forgue received her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at Henry Ford Hospital. When asked about her philosophy of care, Dr. Forgue said, 

““I enjoy obstetrics and gynecology because of the role I am allowed to play in women’s health throughout their reproductive years and beyond.” 

In her spare time, Dr. Forgue enjoys spending time with friends and family, running, hiking and kayaking.

She is the best. She is kind, always answering any questions and actually listens to my concerns and provides options (both short and long term). I drive 2 hours to see Dr Forgue 1-2 times a year. I could easily see someone closer but I have been so happy with her care that I will continue to make the trip

I came to see Dr. Forgue prior to my surgery. I was very anxious as this is my first major surgery and she immediately reduced my anxiety. Her expertise and knowledge make me more comfortable with having fibroid surgery. I had a list of questions and she was able to answer them all, some even before I even asked. I appreciate her taking the time to explain things and discussing options. Although I’ve not had the surgery yet I would definitely recommend her and fully trust her to do as good of a job as she would her family.

The provider was wonderful and so was my nurse but overall this was an extremely painful procedure I didn't feel like I was adequately prepared for. Patients deserve to be prepared for the pain they will experience and should be informed of all their options to mitigate that.
