This is my fault for not asking - but I had asked a question about what things I could do over the next year before trying for a baby and I would have LOVED a print out of the types of prenatals I could look into and the diets she recommended. There’s so many options and I’d love more information on dr recommendations.

Having a student conduct my physical this time was distracting. She did a great job, but it breaks the confidence and rhythm you have with a provider that you already know. Next time I will refuse having extra people in the exam.
