She listened and always cares. She came up with a plan for me to try the estrogen patch and progestrone to help with my insomnia and it has made a huge difference! I was getting to the point of being a wreck on a daily basis and now I'm getting 7+ hours of good sleep again. I feel like myself. I'm so thankful for Dr. Zylstra's plan to resolve my sleep issues.

I left this office with tears. Zylstra didn't seem to care that she was hurting me and it was very obvious that I was in pain. She also didn't seem to know what she was doing or was trying to rush through it and was very rough. She did remove it, but then asked me rudely, "what is your plan B then?". I plan to find a new provider for my gynecological needs moving forward.

My appointment was at 10am. I did not get called back until 10:10am and the doctor did not come see me until 10:35am.

My concerns about going back to work after a c section we’re not listened to, didn’t seem to care about the pain I was in and I was told everything I was experiencing was “normal� and said people go back to work all the time after 8 weeks and are fine.

I would recommend Dr. Zylstra if you are looking for a second opinion. She saved my fertility. The last OBGYN specialist, told me that I need a hysterectomy. Dr. Zylstra challenged those findings. She treated the symptoms of my pain, which happened to be cystitis (nothing that warrants a hysterectomy)

Didn’t feel rushed during my appointment. Took time to make sure I was doing well postpartum while talking about my baby. They took interest in the baby even though the appointment was just for me. Walked me through the examination that I wasn’t prepared to have haha the nurse practitioner (I believe) in training did very well! Was super nice. Gentle. Kind. Personable.
