Grateful Patients and Families Program
Patients and their family members often ask: “How can I share my gratitude with the people who offered exceptional care while I or a loved one was in the hospital or received care from a Trinity Health provider?"
The Grateful Patients and Families Program provides a way for you to join our family of supporters and make a gift in honor of a Trinity Health physician, employee, volunteer or department.
Through your gift, you will be supporting care for other patients and their families and helping us fulfill our Mission of transforming the health of our community.
When you choose to make a gift through the Grateful Patients and Families Program, you make a difference in the lives of the thousands of patients and families we serve every year. Those who provided outstanding care are recognized as Care Champions and receive special recognition to commemorate the honor.
You may also recognize a department by making a designated gift to that specific area of care. The department leader will receive notification of your gift as well.
