All interviews for the 2025–2026 recruitment season will be conducted virtually to ensure a fair and equitable process for all candidates. If selected for an interview, you will receive detailed instructions to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process. Trinity Health Ann Arbor’s current benefit and salary information can be found here.
Interview invitations will start being sent out on July 25, 2025. Invitations will be distributed on Tuesdays and Fridays after 3:00 p.m. EDT to avoid interfering with applicants’ morning rounds.
Invited applicants can choose from a range of interview dates scheduled between September and October. Each interview day will begin with a program overview, followed by four 20-minute interviews with our faculty. To conclude the interview day, applicants are welcome to attend our fellowship didactic session from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. Participation in the didactic session is optional and not included in the evaluation process. Our goal is to give prospective fellows insight into our weekly curriculum and culture.
