IRBManager

IRBManager is the electronic software portal used for all Trinity Health West Michigan submissions to the IRB.

Who Should Use IRBManager?

All research study staff will require IRBManager access, as each member of the study team is required to provide their electronic signature on financial conflict of interest as well as a confidentiality agreement, as applicable.

To Get Started with IRBManager

• Obtain a username and password for IRBManager by completing the Request for IRBManager Access Form (Word, 42KB)
• Go to https://mercyhealth.my.irbmanager.com/. Enter the username and password, which you have been provided, and the client information (MercyHealth).
